Their solutions are widely used in commercial kitchens and other industrial applications, helping customers reduce carbon emissions while improving operational efficiency.With a strong global supply chain and in-house engineering expertise, the company delivers high-quality, tailored motor solutions across a range of industries.Position Overview The Product Project Engineer will report directly to the Director of Product Management and play a key role in leading product-related projects from concept through delivery. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role within a small, collaborative team environment.The ideal candidate has a mechanical background, strong project ownership, and a business-oriented mindset. This person must be highly responsive, organized, and comfortable working across time zones, including occasional evening calls with overseas suppliers.Key Responsibilities Lead product development and project execution initiativesManage timelines, technical requirements, and cross-functional coordinationEvaluate product costing and support pricing strategyPrepare and send proposals to the sales teamWork closely with engineering, operations, and overseas suppliersSupport customer inquiries and provide technical guidance as neededContribute ideas around product positioning and value-added servicesQualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field2–4 years of relevant experienceStrong mechanical foundation with project management exposureExperience in motors, HVAC, pumps, commercial kitchen equipment, or similar industries preferredAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills; comfortable in a somewhat customer-facing roleWillingness to work flexible hours when needed due to overseas suppliersMandarin speaking is a strong plusH1B candidates will be considered401(k) with 4% company matchStable, established company with long-term growth focusDirect exposure to executive leadership and cross-functional teams#J-18808-Ljbffr
