The ideal candidate for this role will have the following credentials.Primary Responsibilities Manage multiple product launches and assist in creative problem solving to achieve desired results for quality, cost and deliveryDevelop and manage action plans within launch system necessary to meet customer needsDevelop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress of a product launch from kick‑off to start‑of‑productionManage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs to achieve established goals in quality, cost and delivery performanceReview new part launch quality issues and develop/support corrective actionsOrganize, prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks, through thorough analysis, effective delegation, sound judgement and timely decision makingManage and execute on customer requests (i.e., tooling refurbs, annual revalidation, capacity verification, supplier changes)Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a technical related field preferred or equivalent work experience5 years minimum experience working directly with OEM and/or Tier 1 Automotive customers5 years minimum experience in Project ManagementHigh level of proficiency in MS Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)Experience with AIAG core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and MSA)Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skillsDetail oriented with strong organizational skillsStrong knowledge of engineering principles, including GD&T strategiesExperience in metal stamping and welding industry a plusPassion and discipline to develop and follow well defined proceduresData driven approach to problem solving and decision makingSelf‑motivated with strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environmentExcellent communicator who can understand and deliver information in a clear, open, honest and accurate manner in both an oral and written formatDedicated to teamwork and putting the value of team success before individual interestBenefits Medical, dental, life and disability insurance and health spending account(s)Matching 401(k) retirement planPaid vacation, vacation purchase option, and 10 paid holidaysMany employee programs including an on‑site fitness facilityReporting to the Engineering Supervisor, this position offers an attractive level of compensation and benefits package.#J-18808-Ljbffr
