  • Supports all phases of project execution, including project initiation, planning, procurement, and engineering design evaluations, ensuring delivery within budget and schedule constraints.
  • Reviews and follows industry policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders during project initiation to define problems, evaluate alternative solutions, establish project scope, develop cost estimates, and assess return on investment.
  • Coordinates engineering design activities, material specifications, and construction documentation during the planning phase.
  • Manages and supports competitive procurement and bidding processes for equipment, materials, and labor.
  • Evaluates individual project requirements as well as overall project portfolio needs.
  • Prepares reports, analyses, and presentations for management decision-making.
  • Provides technical support throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Applies established concepts, practices, and procedures commonly used in heavy industrial construction environments.
  • Works under general supervision, following established guidelines and procedures with limited independent judgment.
  • Requires 3+ years of relevant experience in a related field and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
