Description
The Project Engineer reports into the Project Manager and supports all aspects of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
Assist with project documentation, RFI's, and submittals
Coordinate with subcontractors and field teams to maintain schedules
Support cost tracking, budgeting, and change order management
Utilize tools such as Procore and Bluebeam to manage workflows
Participate in site visits and gain exposure to field operations
Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date
Contribute to maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards
Profile
For the Project Engineer role we are seeking:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
0-4 years of construction experience
Exposure to multifamily or commercial construction preferred
Familiarity with Procore and Bluebeam
Strong communication and organizational skills
High work ethic with a desire to learn and grow
A long-term mindset with a commitment to career progression
Job Offer
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000
