The organization has built a strong reputation for quality, agility, and long-term client partnerships, working on some of the most recognizable projects within its market.Job DescriptionSupport the execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, assisting in maintaining project safety, schedule, budget, and quality objectives. Coordinate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, contracts, and closeout packages. Assist with the development and maintenance of project schedules, procurement logs, and cost tracking reports. Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and owners to facilitate effective project communication and coordination. Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project progress, outstanding issues, and upcoming milestones. Coordinate material procurement, subcontractor activities, and field operations to support efficient project execution. Review construction documents, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements. Assist with project cost control efforts, including tracking budgets, processing pay applications, and monitoring change management activities. Support quality control and safety initiatives by helping ensure compliance with project specifications, company standards, and site requirements. Understanding of construction documents, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project controls. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients. Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project demands. Commitment to jobsite safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement.
