A well-established organization is seeking a Project Engineer to support water resource and land development projects. This role blends technical engineering, project coordination, and regulatory involvement across high-impact infrastructure initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage engineering coordination across consultants and contractors, including plan reviews, specifications, and construction oversight to ensure quality and compliance.
- Support water rights initiatives, including permitting, documentation, and ongoing record management tied to regulated assets.
- Develop project budgets, cost estimates, and material takeoffs while tracking progress and supporting reporting requirements.
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams on land development activities, agreements, zoning considerations, and stakeholder presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 3+ years of experinece.
- Ability to secure Nevada Professional Engineer (PE) license within 12 months and Water Right Surveyor certification within 6 months.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred); exposure or interest in GIS tools is highly valued.
Location: Carson City, Nevada (Onsite) M-F - (relocation assistance available )
Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 base salary + bonus 12.5% ; PLUS discretionary bonus based on perfomance of company.
