We are seeking a Project Engineer with a strong background in the construction industry. This dynamic role is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a team that builds and shapes the infrastructure of tomorrow. You will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our construction projects, from design to completion, ensuring that all engineering-related activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

1. Reviewing and interpreting project plans, blueprints, and other technical documents.
2. Preparing and managing RFIs, submittals, and document controls with a high level of accuracy.
3. Coordinating with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all project specifications are met.
4. Utilizing construction management software, such as Bluebeam, for project planning, scheduling, and tracking.
5. Managing procurement processes, including sourcing materials, negotiating prices, and coordinating deliveries.
6. Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal construction and safety regulations.
7. Resolving any on-site issues or discrepancies that may arise during the construction process.
8. Providing regular progress updates to project stakeholders and making necessary adjustments to ensure project deadlines are met.
9. Maintaining a high level of quality control throughout every phase of the project.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
3. Proven experience with RFIs, submittals, and document control.
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of accuracy in grammar and writing.
5. Proficiency in construction management software, specifically Bluebeam.
6. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
7. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
8. Strong leadership and project management skills.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
10. U.S. Citizenship is required.
