The ideal candidate is a self‑starter that embraces ambiguity, thinks big, and brings their own uncompromising standards of excellence. This person's primary role will be a learner, developing leadership skills across project administration, field activities, and construction operations, with expectations to advance by mastering these responsibilities.Primary Job ResponsibilitiesEffectively communicate with subcontractors about the project and scope of work.Demonstrate a working understanding of the common materials in our projects.Show understanding of contract documents.Interpret drawings across sets, submittals, and shops.Walk the project site to recognize field details.Execute follow‑up correspondence to assist in project tasks.Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external clients.Complete other ad hoc reporting as necessary.Desired Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related discipline.0-2 years of experience.Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.Excellent team player comfortable wearing multiple hats.Ability to maintain focus while working in a high‑level, fast‑paced environment.Ability to effectively organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results.Salary/BenefitsCompetitive pay.401(k) Plan with Matching Contributions.Health, Dental, and Vision Plans.Life Insurance.Disability Insurance.Vacation, Holiday, and Personal Leave.Fortune‑Johnson's goal is to recruit, hire, and maintain a diverse workforce.
