Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture Experience 1-5 years of experience in commercial construction (internships count) with a General Contractor Exposure to projects such as Healthcare, K12 / Higher-Ed preferred Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, MS Project) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes Experience working in the South Florida / Miami construction market OSHA 30 certification Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
