Project CoordinatorOur client is a very reputable South Florida General Contractor with a strong track record delivering commercial projects including healthcare and higher-ed.Job DescriptionProject Coordination & AdministrationAssist Project Manager in all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutMaintain and manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, drawings, and specificationsCoordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project requirementsTrack and log RFIs and submittals, ensuring timely review and responsesScheduling & PlanningSupport development and updating of project schedulesHelp monitor project progress and identify potential delays or risksCoordinate subcontractor activities to maintain schedule adherenceCost Control & ProcurementAssist with budgeting, cost tracking, and forecastingSupport procurement of subcontractors and materialsReview subcontractor bids and assist with scope levelingTrack change orders and support pricing reviewsField SupportConduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety complianceCollaborate with Superintendents to ensure field operations align with plans and scheduleAssist in resolving field issues and coordinating solutionsQuality & SafetySupport implementation of company safety program and ensure compliance with OSHA standardsParticipate in quality control processes and inspectionsMaintain documentation related to safety and quality assuranceProject CloseoutAssist with punch list completion and project closeout documentationEnsure all required documents (as-builts, warranties, O&M manuals) are collected and submittedMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
