What You Will Do<\/b> As Project Director, you will guide multidisciplinary teams through the full lifecycle of facility design and delivery—including processing plants, compressor stations, pipelines, and power generation units. Strategic Leadership:<\/b> Lead cross -functional teams (engineers, PMs, technical specialists) to deliver high -impact outcomes with precision. Financial Stewardship:<\/b> Oversee multi -year departmental budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting, transparency, and rigorous cost/schedule controls.

Technical Excellence:<\/b> Evaluate complex technical alternatives and oversee the approval of detailed documentation to ensure alignment with engineering standards and business goals.

Process Improvement:<\/b> Implement scalable work processes and tools (Oracle, Primavera) to enhance team efficiency and project execution.

What We Are Looking For<\/b> Experience:<\/b> 7+ years (with Bachelor’s) or 5+ years (with Master’s) in engineering, project controls, or commercial development within the Oil & Gas<\/b> or Energy<\/b> industry. Education:<\/b> Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is required. Master’s degree preferred.

Technical Skills:<\/b> Proficiency in project scheduling (MS Project, Primavera, Oracle) and data analysis (Power BI) to forecast volumes and assess metrics.

Industry Knowledge:<\/b> Strong grasp of DOT design standards, EPC workflows, and Combined Cycle Plant operations.

Certifications:<\/b> PE License and/or PMP certification are highly preferred.
