Our Client, a Credit Card company, is looking for a Project Director- Senior, Acquirer Operations & Commercial Strategy for their San Francisco CA/Foster City, CA/IL/Remote location.
Requirements:
Experience in financial services, with a strong track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programs
Deep knowledge and hands-on expertise in commercial acquiring, including acquirer operations, processing ecosystems, and merchant volume management
Demonstrated experience leading externally facing integration projects, including partner onboarding, technical specification development, and pilot execution
Proven ability to navigate large, complex organizations and influence without direct authority
Strong program and project management skills, with experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
Excellent communication and executive presence — ability to present confidently to C-suite and external partners
Analytical mindset with the ability to connect operational details to strategic revenue outcomes
Familiarity with payment network platforms, VBN/Client infrastructure, or equivalent payment rails is a strong plus
