Project Delivery Manager/Mission Critical

This position plays a key role in delivering complex, fast-paced projects for hyperscale and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day construction execution for mission-critical projects, including data centers and critical infrastructure
• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA and company HSE standards
• Manage project controls including scheduling, cost forecasting, budgeting, and earned value (EVM) tracking
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless EPC project delivery
• Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, cost, staffing, and risk management strategies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; serve as a primary point of contact for project delivery
• Lead subcontractor procurement, bid processes, contract negotiations, and change order management
• Oversee contract administration including RFIs, submittals, change management, claims mitigation, and closeout
• Ensure compliance with permitting requirements, building codes, and mission-critical operational standards
• Coordinate commissioning, startup, and turnover activities for critical systems (MEP, electrical, cooling, etc.)
• Monitor project performance and provide detailed reporting to internal leadership and client stakeholders
• Implement and enforce QA/QC programs to ensure adherence to design and operational requirements
• Manage site logistics, materials, equipment, and field resources across multiple project phases
• Lead project closeout, documentation turnover, and warranty administration
• Conduct safety, quality, financial, and progress audits
• Mentor and develop project engineers, assistant project managers, and field personnel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in mission-critical or data center environments
• Proven experience delivering complex, fast-track projects in active or high-availability settings
• Strong understanding of EPC/design-build project delivery methods
• Proficiency with project controls tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, cost management systems)
• Experience managing subcontractors, contracts, and large-scale budgets
• Familiarity with critical systems (electrical distribution, backup power, cooling systems) preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Working knowledge of project financials and basic accounting principles (GAAP)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Willingness to travel based on project requirements
