Pay: $45.00 - $50.00, paid weekly

Overview
Join a corporate compliance team supporting enterprise-wide post-investigation remediation initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented project or program coordinator who enjoys organizing data, documenting meetings, coordinating cross-functional projects, and supporting compliance initiatives. You'll work closely with the Senior Program Manager to help ensure compliance activities are tracked, documented, communicated, and continuously improved.
This is a temporary assignment covering a maternity leave through approximately February 2027 and requires working onsite five days per week in Bellevue, WA.
Job Description
Coordinate one or more functions within the enterprise Post Investigation Remediation Program.
Track compliance initiatives, action items, and project milestones.
Perform detailed data entry and maintain records in ServiceNow.
Prepare executive reports, dashboards, metrics, and program documentation.
Take accurate meeting notes using standardized templates and distribute follow-up items.
Develop employee communications, training materials, job aids, and online resources.
Monitor program performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Support compliance risk assessments, awareness campaigns, and technology implementation projects.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple departments.
Assist with presentations, training sessions, and compliance communications as needed.
Support additional projects and administrative tasks assigned by leadership.
Required Skills
3 5 years of corporate project coordination, program coordination, or similar experience.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience taking comprehensive meeting notes and maintaining project documentation.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience entering and managing data in ServiceNow or similar enterprise systems.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience creating reports, presentations, communications, or training materials.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience supporting compliance, governance, risk, legal, audit, or corporate program management teams.
Experience delivering presentations or employee training is a plus.
Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification is preferred but not required.
