Program Coordinator Compliance (Contract)
Overview
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Program Coordinator Compliance to support a busy enterprise compliance team during a maternity leave coverage.
This role is ideal for someone with 3 5 years of corporate experience who enjoys organizing projects, maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating meetings, and supporting compliance operations in a fast-paced environment.
This is an onsite position based in Bellevue, WA (5 days/week).
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day operations of the Compliance Program.
Coordinate program activities, meetings, and follow-up action items.
Take detailed meeting notes using established templates and distribute meeting summaries.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain compliance records within ServiceNow.
Track project milestones, action items, and program metrics.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of compliance activities.
Assist with training materials, communications, and documentation.
Maintain organized documentation and ensure data accuracy across multiple systems.
Support additional program and operational initiatives as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
3 5 years of corporate experience in Program Coordination, Project Coordination, Compliance Operations, Business Operations, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience taking meeting minutes and documenting action items.
Experience with ServiceNow or similar workflow/ticketing systems.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
High attention to detail with excellent documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Compliance, Risk, Audit, Legal, or Governance teams.
Experience creating reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
Knowledge of compliance processes within a large enterprise environment.
