KSTA I.T is actively seeking a Project Coordinator foran immediate contract engagement with our government client.

 

Work Location: This position is Hybrid

 

Job Description:

We Are Seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of enterprise telecommunications, network, and infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for managing project schedules, coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors, supporting technology modernization initiatives, and ensuring successful implementation of voice, network, wireless, and infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate has strong project coordination experience, exceptional organizational skills, and a background in telecommunications and enterprise infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

·         Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise telecommunications, network, and infrastructure projects.

·         Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, resource allocations, and project documentation.

·         Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and escalate concerns as appropriate.

·         Coordinate project activities across multiple locations, business units, vendors, and stakeholders.

·         Prepare and deliver project status reports and updates to leadership and project teams.

·         Support infrastructure modernization initiatives, including voice services, data networks, wireless infrastructure, fiber connectivity, structured cabling, and related technologies.

·         Assist with the implementation of VoIP and voice modernization projects, including site assessments, equipment staging, deployment, migration, and cutover activities.

·         Coordinate technology refresh initiatives and infrastructure upgrade projects.

·         Manage vendor relationships by coordinating deliverables, tracking project commitments, and monitoring performance.

·         Participate in vendor evaluations, procurement activities, and technology selection processes.

·         Maintain infrastructure asset inventories and ensure accurate documentation within asset management systems.

·         Coordinate equipment lifecycle management and technology refresh programs.

·         Support enterprise network integration and strategic infrastructure initiatives.

·         Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope.

·         Ensure project documentation is maintained and organizational standards and best practices are followed.

Required Skills:

·         Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

·         Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

·         Minimum of 5 years of project or program management experience.

·         Minimum of 5 years of experience managing telecommunications, network, and infrastructure projects.

·         Strong experience coordinating enterprise technology implementations and infrastructure modernization initiatives.

·         Experience with VoIP, networking, wireless technologies, telecommunications systems, and enterprise infrastructure.

·         Proven vendor management experience, including coordinating deliverables and managing project commitments.

·         Experience developing project plans, schedules, timelines, and status reporting.

·         Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management, risk management, and issue resolution.

·         Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

·         Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

·         Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure modernization programs.

·         Knowledge of voice services, structured cabling, fiber infrastructure, audiovisual systems, and network technologies.

·         Experience with asset management systems and technology lifecycle management.

·         Familiarity with large-scale technology deployment and migration projects.

·         Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple external vendors.

·         Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to coordinate complex technical initiatives from planning through implementation.
