Duties:
· Assist the Project Manager in completion of a variety of special and/or technical projects, reports, and other related duties. Perform full range of administrative and office support functions to facilitate efficient and effective operation of the Department.
Summary Of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Gather project or event details to establish expectations and goals.
· Facilitate and document project specific details including tasks, milestones and timelines.
· Communicate extensively and effectively with clients and all project stakeholders.
· Identify and find solutions to non-clinical potential risks such as delays, budget constraints, performance.
· Timely escalation of barriers to project completion to project sponsor.
· Establish timelines and monitor team member’s progress toward goals and deadlines.
· Collect and analyze feedback about project results and measures of success.
· Create project reports for project sponsor
Educational Level:
· Bachelors in health related, engineering field.
Years of Experience:
· Minimum 1-2 years
· Experience with scheduling, resource coordination, and time management in fast paced deadline driven environment.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and other Requirements:
· Working knowledge of project management principles especially for coordinating timelines, deliverables and collaborators across departments.
· Proficiency in project management or event management tools, outlook, office.
