This role will support construction and fabrication projects through customer coordination, scheduling, documentation management, and contract support. This role is ideal for candidates with project coordination or high-level administrative experience who excel at customer communication, organization, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction or manufacturing environment.

Job Requirements
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
• Minimum 3 years of project coordination or high-level administrative experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping abilities
• Experience working with contractors, project teams, or construction-related documentation preferred
• Ability to learn contract management procedures and industry standards
• Proficiency using business systems and project tracking tools
• Ability to attend project site meetings as needed
• Commitment to workplace safety and company standards
Job Duties
• Coordinate project activities and maintain communication with customers throughout project lifecycles
• Ensure project drawings, materials, and deliveries meet customer schedules and expectations
• Collaborate with contractors and detailers to support project timelines and requirements
• Attend site meetings with project detailers to support customer relationships and project success
• Produce project documentation and coordinate orders within company business systems
• Assist with project reviews and resolution of discrepancies
• Maintain contract files and support contract management procedures
• Monitor project lump sums, overages, and final invoicing activities
• Place orders for non-rebar products and related project materials
• Track and manage change orders using internal systems
• Develop knowledge of CRSI Manual of Standard Practice and reinforced concrete construction practices
• Uphold Nucor’s safety policies, housekeeping standards, and operational procedures at all times
