Summary:
The Project Coordinator, Compliance and Privacy Services is responsible for directing, organizing, and controlling project activities, under the direction of a Project Manager or Director, that enhance program effectiveness through standardization, data analytics, automation, and cross-entity coordination. This position spends >50% of time worked on managing projects. Works with project team members to gather and evaluate business requirements and update project documentation. This individual will work collaboratively with a variety of entities, administrative individuals, teams, groups, or physicians, clinicians, and executives to implement these strategies, creating a culture of high performance. Additional Responsibilities (approximately 25%) include general administrative support.
Responsibilities:
Expert PowerPoint and MS tools skills preferred.
Other Information
Education Requirements:
Associates degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
No licensure or certification required.
Professional Experience Requirements:
If Bachelors, 1 year of administrative/office support or 6 months of project related support.
If an Associates degree, three (3) years of experience providing project-related support.
If a high school diploma/GED, seven (7) years of experience providing project-related support.
