Project Coordinator / Office Administrator

Sound Ideas is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to support our sales and administrative team.

Responsibilities

  •  Answer phones and assist customers 
  •  Support sales throughout the project lifecycle 
  •  Coordinate project documentation, and order tracking 
  •  Maintain customer, vendor, and project records 
  •  Track inventory, staging, and project progress 
  •  Assist with scheduling clients for service
  •  Assist with technician scheduling and project closeout activities 
  •  Manage office supplies and general office administration 
  •  Support marketing, events, and special projects as needed 
  •  Assist with managing and updating remote support services
Qualifications

  •  Strong organizational and communication skills 
  •  Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask 
  •  Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) 
  •  Administrative, customer service, or project coordination experience preferred 
  •  QuickBooks or construction/technology industry experience is a plus 
  •  Must be able to lift 25lbs 
  •  Minimum 3 years customer support/office support role (this is an early career position)
