Your Role

Perform tasks such as updating various Microsoft file types. Provide support for legacy records and review and comment on documents. Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards. Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness. Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns. Additional duties as required.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in communications, journalism, technical writing, or English. An equivalent combination of relevant experience demonstrated performance, and education may substitute for degree requirements. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. Expertise in using MS Word. Strong organizational skills to maintain records and manage configuration/change control. Knowledge of desktop publishing applications for formatting, developing, and revising procedures, manuals, reports, presentation materials, etc. Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Must have or be capable of obtaining a DOE Q-clearance. Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions.
