Entry Level Project Coordinator / Project Engineer
Job Description
This role supports the project management team in planning and executing conveyor and material handling system projects. You will contribute to full-service mechanical and electrical solutions, including design, fabrication, installation, commissioning, maintenance, decommissioning, and system modernization for high-impact markets such as airports, parcel, postal, food and beverage, and warehousing and distribution. The position offers the opportunity to grow your project engineering and coordination skills while working on complex, modern logistics and infrastructure systems.

Work Environment
The role is based on a job site in Memphis, supporting complex design-build projects in both new and operating facilities. You will work with mechanical and electrical systems across the full project lifecycle, including design, fabrication, installation, commissioning, maintenance, decommissioning, and modernization. The organization specializes in material handling systems for markets such as airports, parcel, food and beverage, and warehousing and distribution. The culture is described as laid back and less formal, with a strong emphasis on a "can do" attitude, teamwork, and long-term customer relationships. The company has experienced significant growth over the past 15 years and is transitioning to a fully integrated contractor focused on design-build baggage handling systems. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $36.06/hr.
