Commercial Construction Project Coordinator

Compensation: $55,000-$65,000 (flexible based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Support project setup, AIA billing, lien waivers, COIs, and prequalification packages
Maintain project schedules and field crew assignments
Coordinate between operations and project teams to keep projects running smoothly
Manage timekeeping, reporting, payroll, and ERP system updates
Provide administrative support across multiple projects and business units

Requirements

2+ years of administrative, project coordination, or payroll experience in commercial construction
Experience with AIA billing, lien waivers, and COIs
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
