Location: Onsite role 5 days per week Must Have: 1) Microsoft Suite (Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word) 2) Construction or themed entertainment experience •*Field support experience is preferred! •*Important to have construction background in reading drawings Description: The Project Coordinator is the catalyst that brings different teams together to solve challenges and cultivate results. This position focuses team members on the project goals and drives integration of design among all teams. They lead and align teams across all disciplines, ensuring a cohesive design and project execution from concept through implementation, installation, and project close-out. The Project Coordinator maintains clear, consistent communication with all teams, providing regular updates on project status, action items, challenges, and solutions. This position identifies potential risks or conflicts in the production process and collaborates with stakeholders to develop solutions that uphold our Creative Excellence. They oversee the creation and management of scopes, tracks owner & contractor furnished items, and guides production and installation efforts. You will report to the Manager of Project Coordination • Responsible for all aspects of a scope of work on a self-contained and defined project of appropriate size and complexity based on previous experience • Coordinate and integrate project information with internal and external organizations including project team, creative and design studios, operations, municipalities, vendors, and contractors • Own responsibility for the development and documentation of scope lists, executing project strategies, mock-ups, and deliverables matrices across Basic Qualifications: Demonstrated Leadership experience (required): • An ability to be a highly organized self-starter with previous leadership experience • Ability to coordinate project development process and documentation including shop drawings, document control, and punch lists • Ability to work through conflict and guide team members with problem-solving • Ability to understand stakeholder needs and manage relationships • Ability to give and take direction, adapt to change, establish relationships, and work in a team environment • Understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and Standards • Exposure to and experience with outside vendors, and preparing professional bid packages • Ability to understand construction and installation processes • Proficiency to think strategically and tactically about complex issues and problem-solve to resolution • Ability to comfortably communicate in presentation, conversation, and written correspondence, to the project team, Senior Management, consultants, and partners • Demonstrated leadership qualities, interpersonal skills, and collaboration ability • Proven ability to organize and communicate project development process and documentation • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Graphics programs for presentation • Working knowledge and understanding of an integrated design and production process with multiple studiosEducation • A four-year undergraduate degree in engineering, architecture, production, planning, construction, business, related technical or creative field degrees, or equivalent work experience.
