AJT Construction Consulting LLC is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Jupiter, FL. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor construction project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Serve as a liaison between project managers, subcontractors, clients, and vendors
• Maintain and organize project documentation, contracts, RFIs, and submittals
• Track project budgets, expenses, and procurement activities
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and project updates
• Assist in preparing project reports, status updates, and presentations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permits, and project specifications

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or a related field
• Familiarity with construction processes, terminology, and project management workflows
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar)
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred
