Role OverviewThe Project Coordination Specialist supports construction and pre-construction operations by coordinating project schedules, tracking work activities, and ensuring effective communication across internal teams and stakeholders. This role serves as a central point of coordination for construction-related projects, helping to maintain timelines, manage documentation, and support operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings substantial construction project coordination experience, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience with SAP and Nexus systems is highly preferred.DutiesCoordinate scheduling activities between pre-construction teams and internal business units. Create, maintain, and analyze project reports, logs, trackers, and scheduling documents using Excel. Issue, manage, and track work orders and project activities. Collaborate with project managers, planners, field teams, customers, and stakeholders to support project execution. Monitor project schedules and workflows to identify delays, conflicts, or operational concerns. Interpret construction sketches and review project-related documentation. Respond to project status and scheduling inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. Troubleshoot project coordination issues and escalate concerns when necessary. Maintain accurate project records and ensure documentation compliance.
