The Project Coordinator will support all aspects of an ongoing federally funded project-an Education Innovation and Research (EIR) grant-to implement and evaluate a computer-delivered reading intervention (WordFlight) across grades 3-5 in approximately 80 schools and 5,000 students. Responsibilities include oversight of day-to-day project activities (e.g., participant management, fidelity monitoring protocols), administrative coordination (e.g., organizing meetings, tracking project expenses, ordering supplies, arranging travel), and communication with research partners (e.g., school sites, research team members). Travel throughout Iowa and to other states is required.
This position is eligible for hybrid work within Iowa and will require a work arrangement form to be completed upon the start of your employment. Per policy, work arrangements will be reviewed annually, and must comply with the remote work program and related policies and employee travel policy when working at a remote location.
