Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories seeks a professional, innovative, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator Intern in Pullman, Washington. As a Project Coordinator Intern, a typical day might include the following:

  • Providing administrative support to the department and project teams, including scheduling and coordinating project execution deliverable, generating meeting minutes, prepare presentations, creating and maintaining action item lists.

  • Providing support to project teams including maintaining project files, creating and maintaining reports.

  • Coordinating activities to meet project objectives.

  • Managing simultaneous, small projects as assigned.

  • Providing support for large projects.

Pay Range Data
