Title: AI Project Coordinator / Technical Project Coordinator (AI & Internal Tools)
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12 + month contract
Compensation: $20 - $40
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

AI Project Coordinator / Technical Project Coordinator (AI & Internal Tools)
  • Own and maintain internal web-based project sites (Nest/Hatch) used to surface project updates, milestones, and status tracking.
  • Coordinate delivery across content producers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Use AI-assisted development workflows (vibe coding, code generation, automation) to accelerate production and reduce manual work.
  • Build and support integrations between internal CMS/platforms and project tracking tools.
  • Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, submit code diffs, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Enable operational excellence through automation, documentation, onboarding, and scalable processes. 
Must-Have Skills
  • AI-assisted development experience (Claude Code, Gemini, LLM coding assistants, AI developer tools)
  • Experience submitting code diffs and participating in code review workflows
  • Web application / internal tooling development and maintenance experience
  • Project coordination across multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables
  • Experience integrating AI into production or development operations
  • Automation workflows and systems integration (triggers, data flows, connected tooling)
  • Familiarity with project management systems and production environments
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills across concurrent workstreams
  • Cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
  • Experience with vibe coding, rapid prototyping, and AI-driven iteration
  • Prompt engineering / agent-based workflows / AI code generation exposure
  • Agile methodology familiarity
  • 3+ years in application development, project coordination, AI operations, or related experience
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • UX / product design experience for applications or digital platforms
  • Entertainment / media / streaming industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
