The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Project Coordinator III (non-IT) for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Lake County, IL 60064. Details for the position are as follows:


Pay Rate : $41 Hourly on W2 - ONSITE

Title : Project Coordinator III (non-IT)
Duration : 4+ Months assignment, possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
Location: A1/A, 1401 Sheridan Road - Lake County, IL 60064
Schedule: M-F, 8am - 5pm

REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Project coordination / junior project management exp
  • Bachelors degree
  • Continuous improvement exp
  • Logistics/Supply chain experience
  • Previous AbbVie exp preferred (or pharma background preferred)
Responsibilities:
  • List up to 10 main responsibilities for the job. Include information about the accountability and scope.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Identify, offer and promote innovative ideas and solutions to maximize business opportunities to address challenges in assigned areas of responsibility
  • Creates impact with ideas for the larger organization and anticipates and responds to changes
  • Influence others and act as a credible and respected role model (coach/mentor) and resource among peers for onboarding/training new employees
  • Responsible for managing and coordinating project and program budgets for key global projects and initiatives
  • Works with internal and external resource contacts to secure necessary resources to deliver on project plans, meetings and events
  • Provides direct support of the organization supporting the leadership team
  • Acquire, maintain and track data on various projects, including metrics and timely reporting
  • Fulfill business process and system owner responsibilities as assigned
  • Manages stakeholder relationships and expectations
