Description: Provides the project manager support and assistance in scheduling meetings, documentation, updating project documents, communication and training. Updates the project plan. Assists in information collection and validations. Helps prepare status reports and presentations. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Must have strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word.
This person will be supporting the Gas Operations Team, the primary purpose is to be a Timekeeper for the entire org as well as the Director (for up to 70-80 people) splitting responsibilities with another Project Coordinator.
Day to Day Duties: Issuing work for construction workers or internal/external contractors, managing calendar and scheduling for Director, issuing street repair work, closing out service orders, following up on permitting, printing submissions, tracking project progress, conducting contractor meetings and timekeeping
-Looking for someone who has good communication (someone who can run meetings, communicate statuses or communicate with vendors), someone who has supported processes in the past before, and team player
-Construction background would be helpful, but not necessary
-High School Diploma (required) and some college or bachelor's degree preferred
