Project Coordinator
Location: San Diego, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 1-Year Contract
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $32.65/hour
Responsibilities:
  • Support Project Managers with scheduling, documentation, reporting, and project coordination.
  • Update project plans and maintain project records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to schedule work.
  • Process and issue jobs within SAP.
  • Interpret construction sketches and electrical metering information.
  • Respond to inquiries from customers, planners, and project teams.
  • Assist with problem-solving and project tracking.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, Visio, and Word.
  • Experience using SAP (Production or Finance modules preferred).
  • Self-starter with strong troubleshooting and teamwork skills.
Preferred:
  • Construction industry experience.
  • Familiarity with Nexus.
  • Experience reading construction drawings or sketches.
