ABOUT THE ROLE
The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in facilitating communication and operational efficiency across departments. This position supports project setup, documentation, customer communication, and internal coordination to ensure projects are executed smoothly from initiation through completion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive, input, and budget approve incoming jobs provided by Sales including obtaining executed contracts, inputting commission terms, requesting certificates of insurance, securing sales markups, and collecting customer AutoCAD files
Collect supporting documentation for jobs including prevailing wage rates, OCIP enrollment, and equipment discounts
Maintain strong relationships and communication with customers
Arrange and manage travel including expenses
Maintain project manager lists, departmental financial reports, and procedure documentation
QUALIFICATIONS
General knowledge of industry and job functions
Excellent organizational skills
Proficient use of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
