Job title: Project Coordinator
Job Summary This role is part organizer, part relationship-builder, and part behind-the-scenes magician. As a Project Coordinator supporting Advancement at a local nonprofit, this person helps keep everything running smoothly-coordinating donor relationships, supporting financial operations, and keeping office systems on track. They're also the friendly first point of contact, making sure every interaction feels positive while finding smarter ways to keep things moving.
The ideal candidate loves to dive in to the details and organize systems and processes. You enjoy autonomy in a collaborative environment with the ability to create a real impact right away.
Skill Requirements
Must-Have Requirements
Experience with CRM systems for managing information
Strong organizational skills for handling multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
Resourceful problem-solving abilities
Preferred Requirements
Experience in a nonprofit environment
Familiarity with advancement operations
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $625,000.00 per year
