We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Contents Restoration Job Coordinator & Crew Leader to join our growing team.
Position Summary
Frsteam of New England is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Project Coordinator to support our Contents Restoration Division. This position plays a critical role in managing project documentation, client and insurance adjuster communications, estimate preparation, and data management throughout the contents restoration process. The Project Coordinator helps ensure projects are completed efficiently while delivering exceptional service to our customers and insurance partners.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Adjuster Communication
- Serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners, property managers, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders throughout the restoration process.
- Provide timely updates regarding project status, timelines, and completion schedules.
- Respond promptly to client and adjuster inquiries and maintain professional communication throughout each claim.
- Coordinate approvals, supplemental documentation, and requests related to insurance claims.
Estimate Writing & Claims Support
- Prepare detailed contents restoration estimates using company-approved estimating software.
- Review field documentation and inventory data to ensure estimate accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with supplements, revisions, and supporting documentation required by insurance carriers.
- Maintain organized electronic project files and claim records.
3.0 Administration
- Enter and maintain field-collected data in 3.0 accurately and efficiently.
- Verify inventory records, restoration statuses, pack-out information, and project notes.
- Monitor project progress and ensure all documentation is current and complete.
- Support field teams by maintaining accurate and up-to-date project records.
Photo & Documentation Management
- Upload, organize, and maintain field photographs in 3.0 and company file management systems.
- Ensure photographs are properly categorized, labeled, and associated with the correct inventory items and projects.
- Verify all required documentation and photos are completed before project closeout and claim submission.
Project Coordination & Administrative Support
- Coordinate project activities between field technicians, warehouse personnel, project managers, and clients.
- Assist with scheduling, workflow management, and project tracking.
- Generate reports and status updates as needed.
- Maintain compliance with company procedures, insurance carrier requirements, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restoration, contents restoration, insurance claims, project coordination, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with Contents 3.0 , Xactimate, or similar restoration software is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based document management systems.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

We Offer:
Full-time positions
Job hours are typically Monday – Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm, overtime may be available weekly, and we also work several Saturdays. You will be on call (emergency response) periodically.
Hourly wage starts at $20 to $25/hour
PTO 2 Weeks
