The Opportunity with McKinstry

We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team as a member of our growingFire Protection division in Austin, TX. In this role you will coordinate job startups, administration and closeout processes while supporting our awesome Spokane team. Additionally, some responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and complete project reports and deliverables. • Maintain project documentation and organize network per the Project Manager's request. • Distribute documents to internal and external parties. • Assistwith / lead invoice substantiation process. • Track the risk review process and maintain the necessary paperwork throughout a project. • Assistwith labor tracking and forecasting. • Communicatewith Purchasing and outside vendors to order and expeditematerial. • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports. • Manageflow of information to project management systems and stakeholders.

What You Need to be Successful at McKinstry:

High school diploma or equivalent-or equivalent work experience preferred. Three (3) years of experience in administrative functionor business environment preferred. Prior construction administration experience preferred. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlookrequired; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.

The pay range for this position is$24.36 - $37.31per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is considered non-exempt and will be paid hourly. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits,dependenton the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
