Job Description
We are a civil, heavy civil, and demolition contractor seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support our project management and field operations teams. Our work includes site development, utilities, earthwork, infrastructure, and demolition projects across public and private sectors.
We are looking for someone with prior construction experience in any discipline. Experience in civil or demolition construction is a plus but is not required.
Responsibilities:
- Support Project Managers and Superintendents with daily project coordination
- Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, and project documentation
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel
- Assist with scheduling, procurement, and material tracking
- Maintain organized project files and reports
- Prepare meeting notes and project correspondence
Qualifications:
- Prior construction industry experience required
- Experience in civil, heavy civil, utilities, excavation, roadway, or demolition construction preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to read construction plans and specifications is a plus
- Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
