We provide quality resources in four specialty areas: Information Technology (IT), Clinical Research, Rehabilitation Therapy and Nursing.Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities:This position will serve as a Project Coordinator (PC) for the Congress Management group within Global Medical Affairs (GMA). The PC is responsible for assisting and supporting the Scientific Meetings staff in the planning and execution of GMA exhibit booths and Congress activities.Principal Accountabilities:• Assists Congress Management staff with the planning and execution of GMA exhibit at medical congresses, responsible for:Uploading materials into online review systemCoordinating review and approval of congress materials through appropriate internal (mPRC,) committees.Annotating and uploading referencesOnline researchCompiling information into PowerPoint slides and email templatesBasic data analysis and booth metric reportingDevelop timelines, RACI and Gantt chartsCoordinating compilation of congress engagement activitiesUnique Knowledge & Skills:• Minimum 2 years' experience in project management.• Ability to work with minimal supervision, with little to no instruction on routine work and only general guidance on new assignments.• Excellent organizational skills, including ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently.• Ability to set priorities in multi-project environment.• Excellent oral and written communication skills.• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, PubMed required; and a working knowledge of basic IT concepts.
