About the Role

We're looking for a highly organised Project Coordinator to keep our projects moving. Supporting the broader project management team, you'll be the glue that holds everything together by coordinating timelines, managing documentation, and working closely with clients, production, despatch and site crews to ensure smooth delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Be the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and support
  • Coordinate schedules, timelines, and project deliverables
  • Manage project documentation and document control
  • Liaise with production, despatch, suppliers and site teams
  • Track progress, flag risks, and keep projects on schedule and within budget
  • Support procurement, logistics and project reporting

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in project coordination, admin, or similar (construction/manufacturing ideal)
  • Strong organisation skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Confident communicator who can liaise across teams and with clients
  • Detail-focused with solid document control experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Project/SAP a bonus)
