Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator with a background in construction to support our project management team. This role is critical in ensuring projects stay organized, on schedule, and fully coordinated from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Coordinate and manage project submittals, shop drawings, and approvals 
  •  Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules 
  •  Support material procurement, tracking, and vendor coordination 
  •  Communicate with project managers, field teams, vendors, and clients 
  •  Track project progress and help identify potential delays or issues 
  •  Maintain organized project documentation and records 
  •  Assist with project closeout documentation 
Qualifications:

  •  2+ years of experience in construction, millwork, or a related field 
  •  Strong understanding of construction processes and project flow 
  •  Experience with submittals, scheduling, and material procurement preferred 
  •  Highly organized with strong attention to detail 
  •  Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and project management software is a plus
