Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update a wide variety of project tracking spreadsheets on a daily and weekly basis
- Build new worksheets and modify existing ones to meet evolving project needs and client requests
- Collect data from field crews, project managers, and subcontractors and accurately enter it into the appropriate tracking systems
- Develop custom Excel tools including formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and dashboards as needed
- Ensure all spreadsheets are current, accurate, and formatted consistently before distribution

Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel — this is the core requirement of the role (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, conditional formatting, data validation, macros a plus)
- 2+ years of experience in a project controls, document controls, or administrative role on a construction project or in the construction industry
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously in a high-pressure environment — missed deadlines are not an option
- Exceptional attention to detail; data accuracy is paramount
- Strong organizational skills and ability to self-manage workload without daily supervision
- Comfortable working in a construction trailer environment with exposure to typical jobsite conditions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook); experience with SharePoint or OneDrive a plus
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to project-specific tracking requirements
