They act as a key financial resource, managing project reporting, compliance, and administration, working closely with project teams and trade partners.
Responsibilities include project accounting, requisitions, audits, payroll, contract review, financial forecasting, cost reporting, change order management, and project close-out.
The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and relevant education or experience.
Preferred qualifications include experience with SAP, Textura, or similar platforms, and strong organizational and analytical skills.
