Requirements: 
  • Maintain and update financial data to ensure accurate cost management and forecasting.
  • Prepare comprehensive budget reports and track expenditures against the original baseline.
  • Develop and update project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Identify potential delays and critical paths in project schedules.
  • Analyze performance metrics using Earned Value Management (EVM) to compare actual work completed against planned work.
  • Maintain risk registers and quantify potential impacts on projects.
  • Manage change orders effectively to accommodate project adjustments.
  • Translate complex project data into easy-to-read dashboards using tools like Microsoft Excel or Power BI.
  • Prepare reports to brief stakeholders and executives on project progress and performance.
  • Ensure all project control processes align with organizational standards and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be independent/self-starter
  • Willing to learn and adapt
  • Having practical project controls cost experience BA/BS in construction management, engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction and project management for various construction programs.
  • Experience in construction cost forecasting, accrual reporting, Earned Value Management, application for payment reviews, and construction scheduling and planning.
  • Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with cost control tooling (such as Unifier, eBuilder, Procore, or others).
  • Experience communicating financial status and schedule details from multiple construction sites to executive management.
  • General understanding of data center material and equipment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of field experience is preferred.
  • Data center design and construction and/ procurement experience.
  • Experience working on with general contractors 
  • Strong communication and management skills 
  • Project manager or project engineer with experience with financial management 
  • Project accountant 
  • Project controls analyst
  • Cost engineer
