Within NCE, our staffcan grow their skillsets and add a variety of experiences to advance their careers.ResponsibilitiesEngineers at this level support, coordinate, and manage projects of varying size and complexity. More specifically, you would:Prepare and generate plans, specifications, and engineer's estimates (PS&E).Review field reports prepared by staff specialists.Provide guidance to office and field personnel.Organize field work and assign tasks to staff specialists.Assemble, review, and evaluate complex data.
