FEH Design
About the Company
In 1898, Andrew H. Foss, a 22-year old Norwegian immigrant began designing and building railroad depots throughout southeastern Minnesota. From that start, FEH DESIGN has grown into one of the region' longest operating Architecture / Engineering / Interiors firms.
Our design practice is intentionally diverse complemented with specialized expertise in several markets. We thrive on the energy of the variety of projects and clients that we serve. Every project is an opportunity to learn more about an organization, a person, a process or a communityǪand each design is an opportunity to test ideas, expand our thinking and positively impact that organization, that person, that process or that community. This is what continues to drive us.
At FEH DESIGN it is our mission to create a better world through design. This begins with teamwork in our offices. As you can tell by our long history, we have created a firm that employs and fosters exceptional talent. FEH has created an environment that allows for young professionals to grow fully and quickly, become leaders in the firm, and be promoted for their hard work.
Firm culture is a very important part of today' workplaces. At FEH, Cruise Directors are appointed to facilitate company outings, in-office shenanigans and to spear head the overall office positivity and togetherness. Our teammates are also encouraged to become active members of professional and community organizations of their choice. Every team member brings unique talents to the table, and together we are reimagining the built environment.
