Job Title: Project Architect / Manager
Position Location: Boston
Approx. Length of Position: Direct Hire
Degree Required:  Bachelor’s or Master's degree of Architecture

Candidates should have 8+ years of experience and must be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD. Candidates must be able to take responsibility for project management, design and detailing and enjoy working in a collaborative setting. Experience in construction administration is preferred. Experience in public design and construction is a plus.



Requirements:

• Construction Administration through close-out including on-site construction observances
• Managing projects from study through construction
• Working independently to solve problems and to find creative solutions
• Meeting with clients, municipal boards and community members
• Coordinating consultants
• Managing and mentoring junior staff
• Researching materials and products
• Working on preliminary schematic designs, and then developing documents through construction documents including detailing and permitting

Technical / Software skills:

• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit required
• Massachusetts Registered architect preferred
