What Youll Do
As the Project Architect, youll lead projects from concept through construction, ensuring quality and design integrity at every step. You will:
- Oversee design development and documentation for complex architectural projects
- Collaborate directly with clients to turn vision into buildable solutions
- Coordinate consultant teams (structural, civil, MEP) for seamless delivery
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to studio standards
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and technical execution
- Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders and project teams
- Support overall design efforts while maintaining constructability and compliance
Your leadership will shape projects that stand as examples of what thoughtful architecture can achieve in Dallas and beyond.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of architectural experience, including design leadership
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams
- Strong design sensibility with a passion for detail and quality
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and presentation tools (SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Excellent client communication and team collaboration skills
- A degree in Architecture (registration not required)
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and genuine passion for the profession
