What You"ll Do

Lead Architectural Design & Project Delivery

  • Guide projects through every phase, from schematic design and design development to construction administration.
  • Transform client goals into innovative, technically sound, and buildable design solutions.
  • Produce and oversee high-quality construction documents, specifications, and technical details.
  • Ensure project designs meet applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Collaborate Across Disciplines

  • Coordinate with structural, civil, MEP, and specialty consultants to deliver integrated project solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients through meetings, presentations, and project reviews.
  • Foster strong relationships with project stakeholders throughout the design and construction process.

Drive Project Success

  • Support project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
  • Anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and develop proactive solutions.
  • Maintain project quality, budget alignment, and client satisfaction.

Stay Involved Through Construction

  • Lead construction administration activities, including RFIs, submittal reviews, field observations, and contractor coordination.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure the final built environment reflects the design intent and project requirements.

Mentor and Elevate the Team

  • Provide guidance and technical leadership to emerging architects and design professionals.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and design excellence.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Active Architectural License (Registered Architect)
  • Bachelor"s or Master"s Degree in Architecture
  • 10+ years of professional architectural experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and documentation standards
  • Proven experience leading projects through all phases of design and construction

Preferred Strengths

  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams
  • Strong construction administration expertise
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality

Bonus Experience

  • senior living, healthcare, education, or government projects
  • Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Newforma proficiency
