In this role, you'll shape design vision, lead technical execution, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, purpose-driven environments. From senior living and healthcare to educationand government facilities, your work will make a lasting difference.

What You'll Do
  • Lead projects through all phases—from schematic design to construction administration
  • Transform conceptual ideas into coordinated, buildable, and code-compliant solutions
  • Oversee the development and quality of construction documents, specifications, and technical details
  • Ensure all work aligns with building codes, ADA requirements, and quality standards
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external consultants across all disciplines
  • Monitor project progress to keep schedules, goals, and client expectations on track
  • Manage construction administration efforts, including RFIs, submittals, site visits, and field reports
  • Protect and elevate design intent throughout the construction process
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, clearly communicating design and technical solutions
  • Support Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and scope alignment
  • Identify risks early and proactively drive solutions with the project team
  • Mentor and guide junior staff, helping them grow their technical and design expertise
  • Contribute to a culture of design excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
What You Bring
  • Licensed Architect with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
  • 10+ years of professional experience, ideally across healthcare, senior living, education, or government projects
  • Strong expertise in Revit and AutoCAD for design and documentation
  • Deep knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and detailing
  • Proven experience leading construction document development and project coordination
  • Hands-on experience with construction administration processes
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Passion for purposeful, high-impact design

  • Strong background in multidisciplinary coordination (MEP, structural, civil, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Newforma
