Mindset: Analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and teamwork.Preferred SKills Background in industrial engineering Background in healthcare or regulated environmentsSoft Skills Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Key Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership for the design, validation, and deployment of engineered labor standards. Conduct detailed time studies and improve engineered labor standards for warehouse functions. Configure and maintain NextView LMS (Labor Management System) engineered standards. Analyze productivity, utilization, and quality using quantitative methods. Design and implement performance-based incentive programs (qualifiers, payout structures, thresholds). Deliver training on labor standards, LMS functionality, and incentive mechanics. Analyze warehouse layouts and travel paths using AutoCAD tools. Support Lean implementations including 6S, Kaizen events, and Root Cause Analysis.
